Clean Streets Ministry

Our Clean Streets Ministry is a monthly service project open to all, students earn Community Service Hours. Each second Saturday monthly (September – May) adult supervised teams of volunteers clean-up Ventura Blvd.’s sidewalks and surrounding areas. We clear the sidewalks of trash, clean tree wells and generally tidy up the outdoors. All are welcome and no religious activity takes place during Clean Streets.
We meet in the St. Luke parking lot. Registration opens at 7:30a.m., safety meeting at 8a.m. and we work until 10 or 10:30a.m. Cleaning supplies and trash bags are provided, but sunscreen and gloves are helpful.
All are welcome, but participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign the event roster/waiver at registration.
Contact Randy Kistler for more information or call the St. Luke Office at 818-346-3070.
