WE ARE A PRAYING PEOPLE

Please be in prayer today for the following:
  • All affected by the earthquake on the Iraq/Iran border.
  • The plight of hundreds of thousands of Rohingya people-fleeing their homeland in Myanmar.  the UN is calling their crisis the world’s fastest growing refugee crisis. More than half a million have fled the destruction of their homes and persecution in the northern Rakhine province of Myanmar (Burma) for neighboring Bangladesh since August 2017.The United Nations described the military offensive in Rakhine, which provoked the exodus, as a “textbook example of ethnic cleansing”. Myanmar’s military says it is fighting Rohingya militants and denies targeting civilians.
  • The families and friends of all who have been wounded or murdered in the many mass shootings already in 2018, especially those suffering in Parkland, Florida.
  • All who are suffering or experiencing the devastating effects of both recent Hurricanes and fires and all the brave heroes who are coming to their aid and rescue.
  • Cork Platts and family as they grieve
  • Bettie Ross and Frank Blumer
  • Sungmie & Daniel Jahng
  • Joy Wenzel’s friends John Calderas recouping from brain surgery, and John Elkin going through chemo
  • Bettie Ross and her daughters, Noelle and Margaux and their families.
